Scotland - North East Coast

There were some riders ready to start the popular journey while we were there and they were cheered on their way by a bagpipe player. Lands End is 876 miles (1400km) away from John O'Groats. If we started travelling north from our home city of Brisbane we would only make it two thirds the way up the Queensland coast. It gives you a better perspective of the size of Australia.
